Local storage stays in this browser; session storage normally lasts for the current tab. This restaurant website does not currently load advertising trackers or visitor-analytics cookies.
Sign-in and security
The .AspNetCore.Identity.Application cookie keeps your account signed in. Sign-in tickets expire after 8 hours and may be renewed while you use the website. If you choose Keep me signed in, the cookie can survive closing your browser until its expiry. Signing out removes the sign-in cookie. Cookies beginning .AspNetCore.Antiforgery protect forms from forged requests; these are session cookies. Temporary account and form-message cookies, including .AspNetCore.Mvc.CookieTempDataProvider, support sign-in and form feedback and are cleared when consumed or when their session ends. Browser session-restore settings can preserve session cookies.
Your selected branch
The order-branch cookie remembers the branch you select for your order for up to 30 days, and is refreshed when you select a branch again. Where staff access is used, staff-branch remembers the selected working branch for up to 30 days. These choices keep the menu and orders associated with the intended branch.
Your basket
Local storage named restaurant-order-basket-v1 remembers items, selected options, quantities, collection or delivery, and the branch so your basket survives a refresh. It has no automatic expiry; it is cleared when the basket is emptied or the order completes, or when you clear this website's stored data. Session storage named restaurant-checkout-basket carries your basket through sign-in and is removed when restored or after successful checkout. Closing the tab normally clears session storage.
Order notification sounds
When you change the Sound on / Sound off control in Notifications, customer-order-sound saves your choice on this device. It has no automatic expiry and is replaced when you change the setting or removed when you clear site data. It is used only to remember your sound choice. You can turn sounds off at any time from Notifications. Staff have a separate admin-order-sound preference for incoming orders.
Restricted website access
If the restaurant temporarily protects its website with an access password, the website-access cookie remembers successful access for up to 12 hours. It is used to provide access to the protected website.
Online card payments
Where card payment is enabled, choosing to pay takes you to Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe operates that separate page and may use its own cookies or similar technology for payment and fraud prevention. Its privacy and cookie information applies there. Stripe checkout is not loaded merely by browsing this restaurant's menu.
Your controls
You can clear or block this website's cookies and browser storage in your browser's site settings. Clearing site data can sign you out and remove your basket, branch and sound choices. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or checkout from working. The sound control is available under Notifications when signed in. We do not use an Accept/Reject advertising-cookie popup because this website currently uses ordering, security and requested-preference storage rather than advertising or visitor tracking. We will review the notice and introduce consent controls before adding tracking that requires consent.
